The Jaki re-launching was held together with the launch of CCTV security for residents and the new logo of the Jakarta Communication, Informatics and Statistics Agency (Diskominfotik). Pramono hopes that with the change of logo, the agency can improve its services to the public.

"I hope the new logo will improve the agency performance," Pramono said.

One of the most viral features is the panic button, which has been widely used by residents to ask for help from JakCare or JakAmbulance. Pramono then told about JakCare's success in saving two residents who tried to hurt themselves.

Pramono appeals residents to report via JAKI application if similar incident is found for quick handling.

According to him, Jaki has been also adopted by several provinces such as Lampung, North Maluku, Banda Aceh, and Medan.

"We'll give free learning about JAKI for other regions. But they must prepare the software and hardware," he added.

Meanwhile, Pramono also launched 100 CCTVs that are already installed at strategic areas. The additional 100 CCTVs completed the previous 1,400 CCTVs.

The CCTVs are also placed in 12 parks, including parks that operate 24 hours. Pramono then expressed his appreciation for the positive response from the community to parks that are open 24 hours, such as Lapangan Banteng, Literasi, Menteng, and Ayodya.

"Jakarta is a multi-cultural city," he stated.

As for information, JAKI services have been developed since 2019. With the application update, JAKI has a number of new features that can be accessed by the public. Among them are the hearse and shelter service features for the Seribu Islands area, BPBD alert notifications, ambulance emergency buttons and 112 calls, Jakcare, and citizen report feedback.

There are also JKN mobile access features, health facility queues, hospital room availability, parking maps, and ease in monitoring report progress.
