Bank DKI implements Limited Service Operations during Eid holidays in accordance with Government Regulations as part of its efforts to accommodate the banking transaction needs of the public during the Eid al-Fitr 1446 H/2025 M holiday.

Limited services will be available on March 31, April 1-5, and April 7, 2025, at selected Branch Offices.

The limited services offered, include account openings, cash deposits/withdrawals, fund transfers between Bank DKI accounts, and handling customer complaints.

Bank DKI has also set up 750 ATMs in Jakarta and surrounding regions, including at urban village and sub-district offices, shopping centers, stations, terminals, and other public spaces.

Furthermore, in line with the expansion of its office service network to other major cities, Bank DKI also operates ATMs in several large cities outside of Jakarta, such as Bandung, Semarang, Solo, Gresik, Sidoarjo, and Lampung.
